During a color analysis session you will experience exactly how different hues, values, and chromas of color can affect your face. I will point out the changes I see happening as we work through each season and you will experience first hand how powerfully color can affect your eyes, lips, face shape, energy, and more. You get to leave your analysis having seen with your own eyes what colors are not a fit for you and which ones, without a doubt, are your very best and most flattering.
The color analysis process is based on the application of color science and theory in a controlled environment. During a draping session we are assessing the hue (warmth vs coolness), value (lightness vs darkness) and chroma (clarity and intensity level) of your natural coloring and making a skilled interpretation of the interactions between those 3 components to discover the color palette that is most harmonious to you.
The color analysis process is not based on preference, personal taste, or opinion. Through professional assessment and thorough elimination we will discover the color palette that truly enhances your natural essence based on the responses we see happen to your skin tone and facial features in real time during the draping process.
You will leave your color analysis session knowing the exact season of colors that make you look harmonious, powerful, and sparkle, as well as the colors that are best to avoid.

Booking your color analysis appt
My goal is to make your experience of color analysis personal and something to look forward to. I book client appointments through email because it fosters a more personalized connection as we plan for your session.
My permanent home studio is located in East Lansing, MI. I offer appts here year long. I offer limited (once a week) appts at a temporary secondary location in Grand Rapids May-Oct.
I book appts in 3 month intervals. When I’m fully booked for those 3 months I close my books, until my next 3 month interval starts.
I take appts Monday-Saturday. Saturdays book up the quickest! When I run out of Saturday appts to offer within that 3 month interval you will have to check back when I open my books again if you want a Saturday appt.
I do not offer appts on Sundays.
I respond to appointment inquires within two days.
Payment can be made thru Venmo or cash at the appt. I don’t require a deposit to book your date.
I can take a maximum of 4 people at a single appt. Inquire for four person pricing.
